The future of PropTech is one where recent advancements in technology are enabling automation in building maintenance and construction. Ninety-two percent of the building maintenance costs are labour related and robotics presents an opportunity to dramatically decrease the expenses associated with the building's operations. While we are not fully ready to deploy robotics at scale, current technologies are building the much-needed infrastructure for building maintenance automation.
