While there is a lot of talk of the digital transformation of real estate in general, management of real estate on all levels from investment to asset and property management still stays intact characterised by manual processes with disparate data silos. While there is no universal Holy grail of data management and exchange of commercial real estate data on a global or even regional level, there is a certain set of policies, procedures and mindsets, which all down boil to interchanging data with APIs. This is something I call “Digital-first real estate”
