Typically, in creating and delivering the built environment, we’ve had to choose an ‘either/or’ approach to matters of value. Moving forward we need a ‘both/and’ mindset to solve today’s complex problems. This talk is about our experimentations + innovations in this space and why the end-user in real estate is harder to define. We’ll show how we’re using computational design for residential buildings and data capture in virtual reality to better align: information + matter, human + machine, for today + tomorrow.
