In this session I will be sharing from my experiences with smart buildings, and smart PM/FM practices. After many years of reviewing, testing, developing and implementing a multitude of proptech solutions, from physical digital infrastructure and hardware to custom software and off-the -shelf apps/platforms, I've been able to gain some valuable insight from much trail and error. I'd love to share some if those hard earned lessons, and hopefully spark a debate with the audience that we can all use to grow further.
