We believe there is a better way of championing good architecture design in the property industry. It is by better understanding the value of its constituent parts. It is by helping our customers pull together property information from multiple sources, often in multiple text formats, in order to make value driven business decisions at pace. These acquired information are mapped onto an up-to-date digital replica of the physical property. This is how we define the Digital Twin. The application of Digital Twins in combination with Smart Contracts is an ‘architecture’ service in the same way designing a building is 'architecture'. These items produce and spread spatial knowledge in a manner that is accessible to the wider public. At this Re:Connect event we will define what we mean by ‘Architecture’, ‘Digital Twins’ and ‘Smart contracts’ and illustrate how Modulor will deploy and capitalise on this knowledge in solving issues in property transactions within public social housing.
