Smart Cities are becoming an unbelievable playground for most PropTech solutions in Southeast Asia and attracting more and more interest on the bottom up approach adopted. The approach generally taken is based on several SDG goals and within the ESG framework raising the sustainability of the human/building/infrastructure relationship. All 7 pillars of smart cities are, in one way or the other , having a close relationship with the built environment and this short presentation will touch base on this relationship with a spyglass look into the future of PropTech.
