Africa, the second largest continent (after Asia), covering about one-fifth of the total land surface of Earth. The black nation faces a lot of challenges from economics to security. The adoption of technology in Africa has raised eyeballs globally and birthed new startups. Real estate adopted technology recently and Africa is still embracing the new Proptech. My presentation will be centered around the real estate challenges and how we can create new normality using technology.
