The pandemic has altered the course of business and facility use greatly, and although many of these changes are temporary, much of the innovation and alteration that has kept trading afloat will continue to shape the future of our fit outs and building use, hygiene and rules of interaction for a long time or permanently in many cases. Such changes and challenges require an ever growing talent pool. As a scene prominent in technological and social innovation, it is surely an appealing sector even post pandemic. We’ve spoken to industry leaders in our Spotlight Interviews from 2020 to 2021 and have compiled some interesting comments on this matter.
