Managers and teams themselves have faced new challenges working remotely and in safety altered workplaces, but due to modern techniques and innovation, hybrid models look to provide better profits and operation for many businesses. We looked at the difficulties for sustaining the collective energy of an organisation without communal offices of collaboration, ways in which the employee experience is changing and how FMs can be of service to improve that.
