She is the CEO of Fluxus, a construction technology company and social enterprise committed to improving quality of life through delivering affordable, sustainable and smart homes. We also have Andy Redfearn & Rebecca Stockman, the directors of LivShare Housing and Consultancy. LivShare provides consultancy services to organisations that want to develop low-rent housing that makes use of sharing economies in a variety of ways. We also have Pieter Zitman, founder of Mix Developments. Pieter is an architect, an award-winning project manager and housing developer. He has more than 33 years’ experience in the construction industry, designing and delivering residential, educational and healthcare projects. For the past 19 years he has specialized in the residential sector and 12 years in affordable housing. His developments have been presented with 2 RIBA awards, 3 Evening Standard awards, the RICS award and the Royal Fine Arts Commission Trust I will be hosting this panel and asking them their thoughts on the UK and global affordable housing sector and how we best need to address the global challenges facing this sector.
