This is an introduction to XUSA and its unique community-based affordable housing model. XUSA is an experiential real estate business, with a focus on creating community-based urban living experiences for 18 - 38 year olds. One of the biggest problems facing many 'would-be residents' today, is the lack of diverse good quality and affordable housing options; whether this is homeownership, private or social rented, or other forms of shared living. This particular market also desires to be better connected internally and externally and have an end-to-end lifestyle that is on-demand. Our developments provide this living experience through our mixed-use, mixed-tenure model. This is massively important to us as it brings all of our residents (commercial and residential) equally under one community roof.
