The FM industry has had aspirations to deploy Smart FM technologies for many years. Yet, there is a stark contrast on the ground with paper checklists, excel spreadsheets, and voice calls being the norm. In this session, we discuss reasons for the Smart FM deployment inertia and how we have developed a possible solution, a Facilities Management chatbot system, to help overcome the inertia.
