In this seminar, I will be providing you the foundational elements emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the key to crafting the life you desire and deserve.
This seminar will primarily focus on emotional self-awareness and emotion regulation. When you truly have emotional intelligence, you are better able to recognize the warning signs and symptoms of burnout. I will go over what burnout is, its primary causes, and its global impact.
Lastly, I will cover how to apply emotional intelligence to self-care practices to empower you to prevent and heal from burnout. These practices also include resilience tools such as mindfulness meditation, daily gratitude practice, the importance of sleep hygiene.
