Cities own substantial portfolios of real estate and are responsible for 30-40% of business activity. Therefore, city governments are one of the largest real estate managers. As these portfolios are large and very diversified as goes also for the city administration itself the task of such portfolio management is very demanding. I will host on this session one of the most established experts in digitization and Smart City infrastructure design in SEE, Mr. Boris Koprivnikar. We will discuss the key pain points of city administrations specifically in the field of reals estate management and how PropTech with Portfolio and property management solutions can add value to the Smart City platforms.
