Much is talked about in the "PropTech" industry about the value of the Digital Twin and Smart Building technologies but the reality is still a lack of real commitment by clients and consumers.
I aim to set out a few ground rules as to how best set up your projects for sucess and some key lessons I have learned from working with leading property and technology teams over the years as to how to capitalise and set your teams up for success.
This will be a anecdotal session passing on my experience if what works and what works less well.
