Tactical Urbanism describes short-term (and often low-cost) changes in the built environment that quickly improve the environment to address the needs of the community. Hong Kong, a tiny and crowded place with 7140 people per Km2, is a great example to demonstrate Tactical Urbanism and discuss how PropTech can be a great instrument for the city to serve the people.
