First, I present some future applications that I think will come before five years. Next, I will present some current AI systems that automate image analysis and offer automatic photo enhancement for the real estate image. Next, I present some possibilities that can be opened by predicting the commercial attractiveness of real estate images. Finally, I will talk a little about the two AI techniques that can be applied: Evolutionary Computation and Artificial Neural Networks (Deep Learning).
