Owners are in a uniquely challenging situation when it comes to managing construction projects. There are lots of partners with different needs, but owners must know what's happening all over. Photo documentation helps to plan and manage assets during construction, and facilitate operations once the projects are done. In this session, owners will learn to document existing site conditions, request virtual access to their projects, and use the photos to better manage their facilities.
