As we move into the next stage of Covid-19, we need to make the switch from primarily leadership teams holding accountability for success, to everyone in the organisation feeling accountable. This means providing opportunities for employees to articulate their role in driving the organisation forward, whereby everyone feels they have been architects of change and are therefore invested in its success
