Join BusinessCloud and Unissu as the inaugural PropTech 50 innovation ranking is revealed. The new annual ranking focuses on companies of all sizes creating tech for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management. After around 120 companies were shortlisted for potential inclusion, we opened voting to our readers for one week – attracting 1,100 votes – before an independent judging panel made their choices from the shortlist and the companies were rated on innovation by Unissu’s UniScore PropTech data platform. A combination of these decided the final ranking, which celebrates the most innovative startups, scaleups and established technology firms in the property sector. The PropTech 50 will be unveiled at this virtual event featuring a selection of the victorious companies.
